IAEA Holds Pilot Course to Help Future Nuclear Leaders Sharpen Safety Leadership Skills


A one-week course on nuclear and radiological leadership for safety is now open for application. The IAEA is looking for junior and middle management nuclear professionals with proven leadership potential to participate in this training.

The course, to be held 30 October to 3 November 2017, at the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice, France, is a pilot for the IAEA’s newly developed International School of Nuclear and Radiological Leadership for Safety.

The School, envisioned to be held annually, aims to help early to midcareer nuclear and radiation professionals advance their safety leadership skills to benefit them and their workplaces throughout their careers.
