Nine people have been killed and 47 injured after a Turkish high-speed train crashed into an overpass in the country’s capital.
The crash was caused by a collision with a local train, Ankara governor Vasip Sahin said.
Speaking to reporters at the scene, Mr Sahin said the high-speed train, which was travelling to the central province of Konya, had crashed into a locomotive which carries out track inspections.
Three members of the train crew are among the dead, and officials say three of the injured are in a serious condition.
