The 350+ bed hospital was built in the 1970s and serves a population of over a quarter of a million people in the Barnsley area.
Today, it continues to provide a full range of district hospital services to the local community and surrounding area. The key areas of consultancy relate to CBRNe Threat Assessment, Preparedness Training , Special Event Security, Security of Critical Infrastructure, Incident Response, Mitigation, Incident/Disaster Management and Counter IED Operations.
CTI – Information Technology Center Renato Archer
The Renato Archer Information Technology Center (CTI) is a research unit of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications (MCTIC). It was inaugurated in 1982 and since then has been active in research and development in information technology. The intense interaction with the academic sector (through several research partnerships) and with the industrial sector (through various cooperation projects with companies) maintains the state of the art CTI in its main focus areas, such as : microelectronics, electronic components, systems, information displays, software, IT applications, robotics, computer vision, 3D printing technologies for industry and medicine, and decision support software.This integration with academia and the productive sector the CTI an institution capable of meeting industry demands.

Fraunhofer Institute for Technological Trend Analysis – INT
The Fraunhofer Institute for Technological Trend Analysis INT provides scientifically sound assessments and counseling on the entire spectrum of technological developments. On this basis, the Institute conducts Technology Forecasting, making possible a long-term approach to strategic research planning. Fraunhofer INT constantly applies this competence in projects tailor-made for our clients. Over and above these skills, we run our own experimental and theoretical research on the effects of ionizing and electromagnetic radiation on electronic components, as well as on radiation detection systems. To this end, INT is equipped with the latest measurement technology. Our main laboratory and large-scale appliances are radiation sources, electromagnetic simulation facilities and detector systems that cannot be found in this combination in any other civilian body in Germany.

International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)

These SARPs and policies are used by ICAO Member States to ensure that their local civil aviation operations and regulations conform to global norms, which in turn permits more than 100,000 daily flights in aviation’s global network to operate safely and reliably in every region of the world.

Allied Command Transformation promotes and leads many initiatives designed to transform NATO’s military structure, its forces, capabilities and doctrine. Allied Command Transformation’s main responsibilities include education, training and exercises, as well as conducting experiments to assess new concepts, and promote interoperability throughout the Alliance. Allied Command Transformation is one of two Strategic Commands in NATO, the other being Allied Command Operations. The primary function of the NATO Command Structure is first and foremost to provide the command and control needed to contribute to the deterrence of aggression and the preservation of peace, security and the territorial integrity of the Alliance. Ultimately, the NATO Command Structure plays an essential role in preserving cohesion and solidarity within the Alliance. NATO – Emerging Security Challenges Division
New security challenges can affect the Allies in unpredictable ways. The ESCD is part of NATO’s response to this evolving international environment. Developing NATO’s ability to anticipate and effectively address new challenges will be central to the future of the Alliance. ESCD will play an important role in the transformation of NATO’s own structures and procedures, contribute to the implementation of the new Strategic Concept, and further enhance NATO’s profile among the Allies.
The structure of the ESCD will reflect both the growing interconnections of emerging security challenges and the need for a coherent NATO response.

The IT Security Association Germany (TeleTrusT) is a widespread competence network for IT security comprising members from industry, administration, consultancy and research as well as national and international partner organizations with similar objectives. With a broad range of members and partner organizations TeleTrusT embodies the largest competence network for IT security in Germany and Europe. TeleTrusT provides interdisciplinary fora for IT security experts and facilitates information exchange between vendors, users, researchers and authorities. TeleTrusT comments on technical, political and legal issues related to IT security and is organizer of events and conferences. TeleTrusT is a non-profit association, whose objective is to promote information security professionalism, raising awareness and best practices in all domains of information security. TeleTrusT is carrier of the “European Bridge CA” (EBCA; PKI network of trust), the IT expert certification schemes “TeleTrusT Information Security Professional” (T.I.S.P.) and “TeleTrusT Professional for Secure Software Engineering” (T.P.S.S.E.) and provides the trust seal “IT Security made in Germany”. TeleTrusT is a member of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The association is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
